See this a bunch with coworkers outside of Auburn; solution I’ve found works well outside of this issue alone: 1. Take the ⏳ to study your family ancestry down to the villages, geography, historic diet’s and lifestyle. 2. Make a comprehensive 🗺️ 1/2
I’m a gamer (sedentary lifestyle), I have to prioritize studying (I’m in college), and I have a fast metabolism 💀 I’ve been trying to bulk to get huge (think boulder shoulders) but I’m still skinny fat. Any advice or tips? Is it even possible?

Hey all, this is OP from the quoted post. To answer some questions: 1. 6 ft, 175 pounds at the moment 2. I am of Filipino ancestry, so skinny fat be explained by bloating from rice and stuff lol 3. I used to eat tons in college because of buffet-style meal options while I was dorming. Now that I’m at home, I can’t really eat as much. 4. I get really gassy when I have lots of protein. Especially chicken, it’s like I fart all day long. 5. I used to track calories with Macrofactor, but I just eat…

3. Develop a list of food’s they evolved/adapted to eat and sort out which are available to you here in the USA. 4. Adjust your diet/workouts accordingly, just be careful because USA quality of things like pork/fish (if that’s part of your ancestral diet) often isn’t as high as other places.

brother shut up 😂 the diet differences of someone is negligible, nobody ate this processed shit back then. ANYONE can eat non dairy food and be fine.

Oh def journaling. Absolutely. I won’t call them clients, just pretty much anyone I’ve encountered that kept a hand written log of what lead to what health wise for them did immensely better than those that didn’t.

When people start understanding most things can be healed through dietary changes we will likely see a health boom in the west. I understand why you advise going to doctors, I just hesitate advising others to do that myself because I’ve seen them prescribe a pill the doctor gets a kickback for prescribing when there’s a known solution that’s a small dietary change.

My ex was in a similar situation. It wasn’t necessary diet for her that got her off SSRI’s (though diet did help, their reasons for pushing excessive SSRI’s was abhorrent) she said deadlift, as opposed to any other exercise felt like it changed her blood chemistry the best. It’s another exercise I don’t advise to everyone do because of the risk of injury, but she posted a study later showing as opposed to any other exercise it was 200% better at treating the symptoms doctors were pushing SSRI on

You can't do a single subject, non-controled experiment

This is way overcomplicating health. Eat a well balanced diet, move a lot, do resistance training and don't over eat. That's 90% of health. Its very easy and very simple

I can. I have. And I continue to do it throughout my life which is one reason I appear to be in outstanding shape/health. If you treat your own observed patterns (studies you’ve done yourself, with your own eyes) like individual studies they start adding up to a tremendous amount of wisdom/data. When that conflicts with what “experts” are telling the masses, you’ll find you’re onto something golden.

Greeting’s other OP! Couple things that may help that I found about American supply chains relative to Rice and Chicken. Good news is many various kinds of rice available in grocery stores is Non-GMO, I personally digest basmati rice the best, but I imagine you’ll sort out which makes you feel best. Bad news is most of the industrial chicken supply in the USA has Marak’s disease or has been given a leaky vaccine. (Or so I’m told) but this likely accounts for why both you and I don’t 1/2

Digest it well. Pork isn’t much better here given the low quality of the feed. Fish (except catfish) seems good here but that’s seasonal. If I was in your shoes I would try to get ahold of some “Carnivore” (that’s the brand) protein to supplement your diet. Digests soo much better than whey. Organic, free range, chicken eggs may be a couple bucks more expensive but they are absolutely worth it as well. Hope that helps! God bless brother!
