Calorie deficit. This is the only answer. Workout = muscle/strong, calorie deficit =skinny/toned

30 pounds by october is pretty ambitious but you need to be in a calorie deficit to lose weight

eat whole foods, 10k steps a day, cut down processed foods, don’t drink your calories, sleep 8+ hours, gym 4/5 days a week

To drop weight I centered my meals around protein—it fills you up faster and helps you look more muscular. I also drank a lot of water and tried to eat cleaner foods like snacking on fruit or yogurt or eggs when I was hungry vs junk food.

That depends on your how much you exercise and your body weight. There are calculators online that you can put your info into and they will help give you an idea.

Whole Foods and processed foods have nothing to do with it. Calories are all that matters for mass

whole food have less calories and keep you full longer, processed foods have ingredients that make you want to eat it more.
