
Same was really into wrestling in high school played a little football but road the bench mostly and wrestling to me was about pushing your mind and body to it’s absolute limit and somehow finding the strength to get a little more out of myself and that transition into bodybuilding was really fun to me because I was used to going 100% all the time 5 days a week but over time I realized when it came to lifting I had to do less to gain more muscle since I would go crazy high reps.
