Does anyone get a really painful headache whenever they hit legs heavier than usual. It’s so annoying bc it keeps me from increasing weight even tho I’m ready
Yeah, not every time but a lot of the time I leave with a headache. It sucks

Could be an issue with your electrolyte intake or you could need to eat more food before your workouts

Yeah I’ve especially gotten this if I’m doing too much on leg press

Likely the pressure, be sure to breathe. If you hold it with no letting, all that pressure has to go somewhere

I don’t think that’s normal. Drink water and get your electrolytes in. Eating less inflammatory food might help

I feel like it starts with the night before. Carbs and good sleep. In the morning follow your normal routine leaving a good 1.5-2hrs after your meal before working out
