How in the world does one go on a cut in college when drinking is involved 😭 I don’t wanna gain a bunch of weight during school again

Ppl say stop drinking but there’s no fun in that. When u know ur gonna drink for lunch eat a whole rotisserie chicken, drink electrolytes, eat a lot of watermelon and then the next day don’t do carbs, eat lots of watery or not too sweet fruits and more plain protein 🫡 that’s what I do at least

Try to keep your drinking within reason. A few drinks once a weekend isn't going to kill your body but a few drinks every day will. Looking into lower calorie drinks is also a decent move.

“don’t do carbs” for someone who’s trying to workout is not recommended, unless OP doesn’t care about muscle growth and just wants to lose fat

One day isn’t going to fuck you up. You don’t need additional carbs after drinking. Especially if you’re drinking beer or vodka (or similar). Literally one day of no carbs is fine.

I just don’t think “avoid carbs” is ever good advice since carbs aren’t what make you fat lol. It’s just net calories

It just works for me. If you don’t want to avoid carbs, eat sweet potatoes, carrots, beets, etc. but don’t do super carb heavy foods like bread or rice (that’s just what I do and it makes me feel good mr fun police)
