I’m confused on the what you’re asking exactly, but if you’re talking about getting a good pump it’s gonna come from fast digesting carbs like cream of rice, rice cakes, and fats to help level them out like almond butter or peanut butter. You can also take different pump supplements that are usually included in dif pwos. I personally don’t really take preworkout supplements unless I really need them for the caffeine purpose. Also slow eccentric movements typically give me the best pumps
