Does anyone got tips or suggestions for someone new to the gym, ive been lifting consistently for a few months now and im trying to get a good lean build, any help would be appreciated thanks

It depends on what you're currently struggling with. Are you struggling to put on muscle? Get leaner?

Ive been putting on muscle for a while, im currently at 171 but i just look kinda chunky now

I’m at 177-ish right now and I’m unhappy with the fat too. However, it’s just a marathon. I used to be a REAL SKINNY prick and now I just look average. 200+ days and counting…

If you've gotten too fluffy start a small cut, you're still a beginner in terms of time spent lifting so you should be able to keep putting on muscle even in a slight deficit
