Any girls with pcos have gym tips? I’m a semi-beginner with an understanding that weight training is key to forcing the red blood cells take in the existing insulin. But I genuinely feel lost with the machines.

Following because my GF has PCOS as well. For her, she’s been on a low carb diet, fasting, and following my weight training routines overall. Because of her condition, it’s hard for her to lose weight BUT she builds muscle faster than girls without it, and we’re using that to her advantage. She does 30 minutes of cardio AFTER every workout. She has visibly lost fat! It’s not at a rate as quick as others without PCOS, but it’s a marathon, not a sprint. Good luck! Shoot any more questions!

i have pcos have struggled my entire life with losing weight. i recently started my journey again with attempting to lose weight and have been losing the most i ever have, 14 and counting. truthfully, being in a better mindset mentally has changed so much for me. it really makes a huge difference. physically, i’ve just been going on daily walks and hitting at least 10k steps a day and intentionally drinking more water. consistency is key. remember to always show up for yourself🫶🏼
