Freshman in college trying to bulk back up to 185-190 from 175. Advice for getting high calories while walking so much every day

Milk,pancakes, oatmeal, mash potatoes, chicken and work out on the u should be at 185 by the end of the semester

If you have a meal plan and your dining hall is buffet style that's gonna be your best friend. Try to eat 4-6 meals a day so you can fit more calories in

Like other person said, utilize ur meal plan as much as you can, and make your gym curler fit your classes. Doing the same rn

Okay. I was doing breakfast, pre workout, post workout, and dinner. Might just add a mass gainer shake at night or something of the sort
