PSA: If you’re gonna offer someone help on form, be kind about it and don’t make them feel like an idiot. Same goes for diet advice because you’re gonna do nothing but piss them off (speaking from experience. I’m not an idiot but advice is welcome)
Advice: just use decent form that won’t hurt you, doesn’t have to be perfect. train hard, recover well, eat a balanced diet and as long as you hit your protein and calories it’s all good.

tbh i wouldn't even give diet advice bc it's so specific for each person.
