For morning gym goers, how do motivate yourself to get your workout in before work/school?

Just gotta do the ‘off with the bandaid’ method when you wake up, eyes shoot open and stand up. Then, preworkout. Once you get there youre happy and ready to go tbh

The thought of being free to chill after I'm done with class is very nice. I love the gym but training hard after you get out of class just isn't always what you feel like doing.

Consistency is never about motivation. It’s about discipline. If you’re expecting to wake up every morning and want to do what you need to do, then you’re not gonna make it very far. Success is found when you learn to do what you’re supposed to without needing motivation.
