You’re not a foodie. Remove this identity from you. You’ve made sure to tell yourself you’re a foodie but you’re not. You’ve made sure just have a habit of unplanned eating. This mental shift helps a lot.

I’ve focused on cooking my own meals and trying to make them as unique and flavorful as possible. Cooking satisfies half of the foodie itch and it’s much easier to track what you’re putting into your body so you can still love food, but mindfully

Decrease the calories, increase protein intake. Also use Mike Mentzer’s workout method (haters will hate lol).

Run, I once had 3000 cal in a day and lost 8 oz, just a 30 min run is like 300 cal

on a serious note i think its just about seeing food not as a "love" or like something you NEED but frame it as like a necessity/it's just fuel for my body and you wanna feed your body the best fuel it can get
