Take videos of yourself doing lat pull downs or rows and make sure both your lats come all the way down

I’m a little imbalanced and my left shoulder always stays up a little. 4 years in and I still get this issue. Whenever I do lay pulldowns, I use my shoulder a lil too much js from muscle tightness or stress
