hi everyone, I’m an F who is 108 lb at 5’2. Could I get some advice on how to lean up but stay the same weight? I also have gym anxiety so idk what to do there

Lift weights and eat at maintenance calories. But wanting to stay the same weight is unrealistic because if you put on enough muscle to look substantially different you'll have to gain weight. In all honesty, body composition matters much more than the scale does.

Study. Learn the stuff and make your own plan. Stop asking others to do the work for you

I mean you're already lean. Your bmi is on the border of underweight
