I kinda just wanted to share that if you’re on the same weight loss journey as me just know healthy food will not taste as good as the stuff you’re used to. I tried to convince myself otherwise, just no. Know that you will be sad for weeks-months on end

The more hungry you are the better food you didn’t like before sounds. Like right now I crave a spicy tuna rice bowl, something I would have those was gross 30 pounds ago

There are healthy foods that actually taste good You don’t have to torture yourself eating broccoli and cabbage every day or any other greens that taste like elbow sweat Just eat less, stay active, and make sure you’re burning more calories than you’re taking in , Keep it simple and don’t let anyone overcomplicate it Good luck , ya got this , just don’t give up

Obviously this is not everyone’s experience, but if you find you cheat a lot on your deficit or diet it’s because you refuse to accept the reality of a deficit is sad, boring. Especially if food is interconnected with experiences or you like to indulge in fast food trends

I agree because I think it’s important to just accept that not everything has to be tasty all of the time. Although I do also agree with #1 also bc your perception does change over time
