Sorry I don’t keep up w/ the new fat standards for all yall biggies… naturally a petite person who’s worked for my body. Quick google search tells you that 135 is COMPLETELY healthy and above the range that is medically defined as “underweight”. Thanks for the concern tho!

I started at 110lbs. I have a fast metabolism just like many other young women. I put on 25lbs over the last 10 months. I didn’t “drop” low in fact I’ve gained healthy muscle. Not because I starved myself. Just bc you cant drop below 140lbs doesn’t mean that everyone can’t or everyone didn’t start lower than that!

you obtain this by eating a high protein diet but not eating in a surplus. bulking does not get you abs like that

Surplus, followed by maintenance w/high protein. Again, had to eat in a surplus to gain enough, even if that was only a slight surplus.

Honestly most of my core work comes from lifting heavy with compound movements. I also do Pilates often! I wish I had some solid routine for you :(
