Is it bad that I have a thing where if I hit or exceed 25,000 steps at work, I'm allowed to take an extra gym rest day (on that day) if I'm feeling really exhausted? Or should I say fuck that and push myself harder

Id usually say to push yourself farther but if you’re already hitting 25,000, it would actually be more healthy to get that extra rest
