I’ve completely lost my desire and discipline to go to the gym. How do I get it back

If you hate leg day for example, maybe skip leg day for a couple weeks. Try to figure out the part you hate the most and get rid of it, then gradually move your way back to a more normal and comprehensive gym routine. That's what got me going after taking a semester off.

I am previously liked all my days. I just got distracted by life for a bit and starting going less and less until I no longer wanted to go
