Fat asf, like heavily obese. Still active (I wrestle) but sick of being fat. Thinking of going on a hard cut.

Cold Turkey never works. Just make small changes and STICK W THEM. Name 2 very simple small changes you could make and then make moves

it’s gonna suck and be hard but no different than cutting weight for a tournament, just wear more layers when you’re wrestling and eat smaller portions no need to starve yourself

Yeahh I’ve heard this advice before and it does work if you’re consistent. it’s been years of me wrestling and dealing with an ED, sought out professional help with a therapist and dietitian and they all told me to quit wrestling to help my recovery. But that’s not something I’m willing to do.

they are probably right. cutting for your weight class is probably fueling your ed. and since you know you have an ed you should not be doing a hard cut
