So i’ve been to the gym a couple times and took some weight lifting classes, Im gonna start going to a gym in Florida, what would you guys recommend as like meals and protein shakes? Im new to the gym and not sure what to eat and drink, any tips?
I really like core power elite bc it tastes good and has 42 g of protein in 230 cal

Other than that make sure you get enough protein. I like Greek yogurt for breakfast for the protein, and recommend buying a brand with no or limited sugar
