
I don’t know if to keep going or when to decided I’m done with the cutting, I feel excellent, more energy than before, better clarity and just healthier. Don’t know if it’s just because my parents see me eating less food like them, or if they’re worried. Come from a Hispanic household, I am getting stronger even as I get leaner. My body is starting to make that V-shape, I lack the sleep though. Anyone got some advice on when to know when to stop leaning down?
