3 months ago I was near obesity, now I have lost a lot of weight. My parents keep telling me to stop because I’m getting too skinny, however my plan was to lose the fat, while working out to gain some muscle. Once comfortable, I’d start to bulk up healthy

I had the same goals, but I ended up developing a bad relationship with food and now I’ve been struggling to gain back necessary weight for nearly two years now. Please be careful 💞

I don’t know if to keep going or when to decided I’m done with the cutting, I feel excellent, more energy than before, better clarity and just healthier. Don’t know if it’s just because my parents see me eating less food like them, or if they’re worried. Come from a Hispanic household, I am getting stronger even as I get leaner. My body is starting to make that V-shape, I lack the sleep though. Anyone got some advice on when to know when to stop leaning down?
