How would I adjust the weight I aim when cutting AFTER gaining muscle? This is my third time at it and Ive gotten a substantial amount of muscle since the first, and I don’t want to lose it but I also don’t want to hold onto more fat than needed. HELP
the whole weightloss=muscle loss is pretty overblown tbh. if you’re hitting your protein and continuing to train then your relative muscle loss is minimal.

spam protein and don’t drop too far under maintenance you’ll be fine

What everyone else said but also make sure ur getting enough essential fats to prevent crashing ur hormones
