If lose my balance oneeee more time while doing weighted lunges with the free weights I’m going bash my head in between two plates like the monkey with the cymbals
Do you need to do weighted lunges for what you're training for, or could it be better to do a stable version of the exercise?

Something that helped me is if you hold the weights sort of tilted down in your hands if that makes sense but I honestly gave up cause I got no balance
