Seriously try vitamins like probiotic gummy or magnesium citrate gummy’s and limit your dairy consumption to only hard cheese and butter and you’ll watch your bloating go way down. Magnesium helps aid water in guts and also reduces inflammation. This works wonders for me and I have gut issues
