As someone who’s always been skinny, I hate trying to bulk so much. I eat so much that the thought of food sickens me just to step on the scale and see the exact same weight as before.

Eat more palatable foods if you struggle to gain weight. Drinking your calories can help a ton too. Chocolate milk is king if you struggle to gain

I honestly don’t recommend protein powder for most people trying to put on mass. If you are actively trying to gain mass, you should have no issue getting enough protein, and powder in my experience is an appetite suppressant. Also, it makes the choccy taste like shit lol.
