looking for some advice!! i’m 20F and I just recently lost 30lbs due to stress and i wanted to take advantage of it while i’m getting myself healthy again since i was overweight before, any workout/diet/life style tips would be greatly appreciated

Eat a nice balanced diet. Whatever they told you in 5th grade is enough. Mix strength training and cardio for general health. Get enough sleep

Walk more, eat a diverse diet high in fruits and vegetables, and try to do 3 days a week of weights and or cardio
