Hi! Any tips on how to get rid of cellulite on the inner/back thigh? I've been consistently working out and trying to target it for 4 years, and nothing has really worked. Anyone have any food/lift suggestions to help?

Unfortunately there isn’t really a way to get rid of it. Losing weight can help reduce the appearance, but no matter what advertisements try to tell you, cellulite doesn’t really just go away and there isn’t like a “cure” or product that fixes it. The only thing you can do is learn to embrace it and be okay with it— a large majority of women have it, me included

You also can’t target fat in specific areas with your workouts. Fat loss happens entirely through a calorie deficit, and where your body stores fat and loses fat can’t be controlled in the gym
