Oxyshred is not a good pre workout. However! The strawberry kiwi is delicious!!!

Just no real benefit to your workout besides making you sweat a bit, there are other non stim pre’s that actually benefit the workout. If I may ask what kind of workouts do you do?

Oh wow I had no clue. I lift and do cardio. I do RDLs, hip thrust, lat pull downs, seated row, stair master, etc

I would look into a new non stim pre! Recently I’ve been liking this RYSE one I bought on sale! Dm me I’ll shoot you some recommendations!
