I rarely have “cheat” days but it’s more so when I deprive myself too much I end up “cheating” and “binging”. When I ever do so, I feel the need to excessively workout/deprive myself after because I’m afraid I have ruined my progress. Is that the case?

I wouldn’t try and overcorrect if you make a mistake. if you’re riding a bike and you veer a bit to the left you don’t want to swing aggressively back to the right. you keep doing that then you’re gonna keep wobbling back and forth and possibly crash

Find a diet that u can stick to where u don’t feel too hungry. There are also tricks to cutting to make it easier: Drink a protein shake in the morning and then don’t eat till way later (like past 4pm) Eat tons of vegetables with every meal because they have like no calories and will fill you up Eat less carbs because they have tons of calories and don’t fill u up

no one cheat meal or even cheat day wont ruin your progress. if you go over your calories one day just go back to your meal plan the next day, dont force extra steps and no cutting calories to make up for the previous day
