Planning on starting creatine again, can I lose weight while gaining muscle? Or would that just be considered toning my body?

creatine will increase the size and strength of your muscles. you can lose weight while on creatine, or gain muscle. you will need to drink more water. generally, unless you're a beginner or significantly overweight, it's less efficient to do both at once. "toning" is having muscle and low body fat. nothing is really toning, it's just muscle building or fat loss.

Yes it’s very possible to lose weight and gain muscle. It’s only really difficult sub 15% (ish) body fat. I can all but guarantee you’re not that lean so you’re fine
