I don’t recommend even worrying about your weight during a bulk. The goal of a bulk isn’t to put on weight, it’s to facilities muscle growth. Your measure shouldn’t be how much weight you’re gaining. It should be if you are making consistent progress in your lifts session to session. As long as you’re progressing and getting stronger, you’re growing muscle. A lot of people go into a bulk with this mindset of putting on weight, which really just causes you to get fat.

So for a bulk, +200-300 calorie surplus, and don’t even worry about the scale as long as you’re getting stronger.
