Would you say that protein intake on a cut is a game changer? Cutting has helped with weight loss but I also decreased my protein intake by a lot and see not a lot of visible change (none)

Lots of lean protein, I like turkey and chicken. Then bananas, protein powder, spinach for veggies. Most important thing is calorie deficit though🫡also cardio and sauna after every workout

Definitely, I wouldn’t recommend cutting down your protein intake really at all. It helps you retain your lean muscle mass. Cutting out other things like liquid calories, dense fatty foods are important, but healthy fats like avocados are good in small amounts
