I don’t always do everyone of those workouts Or set rep ranges. I use those more so as a guideline or possible lifts for the day. I’ll usually pick 2 types of lifts for the muscle group and work those

I hit machine flys and low weight db flys too, I’m able to feel the stretch more with the db. I might try hitting chest twice a week. My chest has gotten significantly smaller in the last 6-8 months. Also idk how to pose well.

I probably should update the set/rep ranges and go off that to track better because I have lowered them I just haven’t updated. I use that just as a list of lifts to use/recall on more so

That’s fair. I am able to do significantly more weight with the machine and get more of a pump. Just waiting on it kills me sometimes
