After a year and a half of crazy weight gain from PCOS, birth control and eating like a fat ass I was around 220 and I'm finally under 200 pounds!!! 🥲

Yea it can either be good in ways or be bad and unfortunately it was TERRIBLE for me the weight gain was crazy plus the emotions and brain fog deadass told myself I'm never getting on it again
