Any tips for recomp? I’ve made a lot of good gains on my recent bulk, especially in my lower body (I used to be scary thin). I’d love to lose fat around my stomach but I also do NOT want my strength and muscle mass gains to go away, I wanna continue to

Small deficit. You can only lose so much fat at a time before it starts taking a toll on your muscle mass. Continue attempting to build strength while in the deficit. Prioritize rest and maintaining macro intake. You should not have to drop your fat or protein intake to lose weight, just use healthier food options that are lower calorie

Keep your fats and protein up. Do consistent zone 2 cardio (like walking), and be in a small deficit

Small deficit and train hard aff, try and hit your macros every day, that’s really all there is to it, in my experience it’s definitely possible to lose body fat and maintain muscle if you continue to train hard
