Guys. I’m a 19 year old girl at 226 lbs and 5’8. I’m always told I don’t look it but I still feel self conscious about it. I’m starting my journey of change next week. Any advice for me?
Start today if you can. Research methods of weight loss, dieting, exercise programs. All the due diligence of knowing what you are getting into

Start with making one meal of your day veggie and protein focused. Garlic powder and salt does wonders for flavoring veggies. Pick a veg you can stand and run with it

take it slow. this is a long-term process. don't try to rush it, or it won't be permanent
