Have to go to the gym but I j checked my weight and I gained 5 pounds since I starting gyming consistently about 3 weeks ago. Idk what im doing wrong now I have to lose 45 lbs and I have no motivation to workout. Can yall hype me up or sum and also advise

If you weigh yourself at any other time than right in the morning when you wake up it’s useless. Track your food and drink meticulously

I agree with #3, you gotta weigh yourself in the same conditions to have a consistent picture. Don’t get too hung up on day to day weight, I like to think of mine as like a weekly average because you may just have had higher salt intake for the day which will make you hold water.
