You look close to 10-12%. Hard to tell your exact weight without height so i’m gonna guess you’re around 5’10” 180, in which case you’re roughly 6-8 weeks out.

Upper body looks great tbh, my guess was based on your quads tho, not as defined as you’d like to see at 7-8%.
