Trying to lose like 10-15-20 lbs and it just won’t come off, I’m only 5 lbs over average and just wanna focus on being healthy. What are some good tips, I feel like I’m always so hungry! I take lots of walks but open to getting gym membership but idk

I found that walking before and after meals helped me a lot with feeling satiated and digesting better. I stuck to low almost no carb diet, gym three days a week, and played a sport at least 4 days a week. A lot of people say not to but I found doing cardio before and after helped me a lot with my journey of losing 30 pounds. I also lived on Pinterest finding foods that were cheap, easy, and that I liked with low carbs, high protein, and low calories. I used my fitness pal to track and it helped

Cook your own foods, track everything, make sure you’re in a deficit, drink water when you’re hungry between meals

That’s not my goals however, I tried that and I was so unhappy . I don’t need crazy fast results, I don’t need to be jacked I just wanna try and get it better shape. I’m a travel doctor so Im never in the same place and that lifestyle just isn’t for me
