I found that walking before and after meals helped me a lot with feeling satiated and digesting better. I stuck to low almost no carb diet, gym three days a week, and played a sport at least 4 days a week. A lot of people say not to but I found doing cardio before and after helped me a lot with my journey of losing 30 pounds.
