Wanted to show off some gains on here. Anyone got tips for growing my rear delts and triceps? I’m 6’2 but my limbs feel super long. I do swimming and boxing so I feel like my back is coming along but I haven’t been able to get my arms to grow much

You might just have to dedicate a day to triceps/delts. My favorites are rear delt fly, skull crusher and dips.

For rear delts spam reverse flys machine and face pulls, for tris definitely do compounds like bench or dips but for isolation cable push downs and extensions have treated me well, I’d recommend skullcrushers also but weird if you not feeling it, maybe try to go down some weight, widen grip, and focus on pushing elbows together throughout the motion

Skull crushers and dips are good. I like single arm cable rear delt fly for rear delts. I find it’s easy to stabilize and I put the cable at slightly higher than shoulder height to really feel the burn. Backs looking huge

I always find that I don’t feel activation when I’m doing skull crushers. I’ve added dips and Tri extensions to my chest days tho. I’ll looking into incorporating rear delt flies tho! Ty
