200-400 calorie surplus. .7-1.0 grams of protein per lb of bodyweight You’re gonna want to low bar squat and hip thrust. I’d also recommend deadlifts/rdls, and front squats to keep balance. Lunges are also great especially if you lean forward.

Most important thing is be patient! Gains don’t happen overnight. Eat more protein and progressively overload
