Tips to lose body fat? Sitting at 6’1 180lbs around 20-25% body fat. My goal is to be more aesthetic and lean. Want that lean look without losing a bunch of strength. Any suggestions. Thanks in advance.

Be in a slight calorie deficit while keeping your protein intake high. Train hard enough to keep your strength up. Do incline walking on the treadmill several times a week to burn more calories.
