How could you have a push, pull, or leg day with 8 exercises that all target different muscles?
Example: bench, incline bench, pec fly, overhead press, lateral raise, rear delt fly, tricep press, tricep overhead extension
Bench and pec fly are redundant, tricep press and tricep overhead extension are redundant, overhead press and lateral raise is slightly redundant, rear delt fly is usually a pull excercise
