If you do more than 5 sets on a machine you should automatically be banned from the gym. I’m not even a self proclaimed science based lifter and even I know that’s not gonna do shit for you. Get the fuck up dawg. Doing ten sets of bullshit
really? i’ve heard 8 is a good goal and if you up to 10 you’re still ok

Taking up equipment for extra amounts of time is only acceptable if it’s benefiting you. 5 sets of a single exercise is super redundant and probably hurting your gains more than helping
