Hey I used to be insanely consistent with the gym but then I got sick and I was for a weirdly long time and then with school I slowly became inconsistent. Now I’m at a spot where I’m not at all. I need a more structured routine any suggestions?

I just throw myself back in for a week to gauge where I’m at fr. Just do light stuff with different muscle groups and see how it feels
