I workout super hard 6 days a week and the food noise i’m having is actually consuming me, non stop hunger but i’m a 5’2 girl so the calories add up fast. Any tips?
Fiber foods, green n leafy, macro meals (low cal high in other things like protein). Snacks should be small but sustain you: carrots, granola/protein bars, fruits and nuts, etc.

yes ofc idk why i’m even asking i knew i would get these answers i j have a huge appetite i am muscular though
