I want tom platz legs but the leg workout doesn’t seem safe to do with 8-10 sets

You have to remember that tom plats was a competitive bodybuilder that injected GALLONS of roids in his life. His lifts are not for a regular lifter.

its honestly not worth it other than to say you did it. but if your a lil messed up in the head and do it anyways make sure to block out like 4-5 hours at least to get through it. make sure to pace yourself its over 40 working sets with almost all of them in the 10+ rep range
