I was honestly kinda jacked before the liver cancer, and it brought my bw from 185 to 125 with significant strength loss and I just was and still am committed to getting back to being jacked. Plus it is a helpful reminder to other survivors that no matter how low you go, you can always come out on top if you try hard enough
