Eat more times throughout the day, instead of eating 3 times a day, try to eat 5 times a day. This will make it easier to stay in a calorie surplus

^^^ exactly this, instead of prioritizing BIG meals do frequent meals and try and hit ~25g protein or more per meal depending on your bodyweight
