I'm trying to start meal planning/prepping. Is there any limit on the things I can make and then freeze for later? My plan is to make two meals and freeze em and eat on em for as long as I can. Definitely no longer than 2 weeks of them being frozen.

Like can I only freeze things for a few days or should I not freeze at all and just refrigerate it? Does this cause the quality to go down drastically or make it unhealthy?

Helps to know what you’ll be making and like if you’re doing Costco amount or basic weekly groceries. With ground turkey and rice, I’m not scared of having for a week and a half in the fridge. I don’t see the point in freezing cause I eat it within the timespan of my comfort to have perishables. Something in a sauce or baked, though, I would freeze half, eat the other half over a few days. Things can usually be frozen for months, and I wouldn’t think it loses many nutrients. Just google it tbh

Put them in a freezer bag and they’re good for months.
